Confirmed Travel Dates

Our travel dates were confirmed. We'll be leaving Wednesday August 18 and Returning Friday September 3rd. The in-laws will have to be here to keep the kids as they start school on the 18th. After the initial disappointment of waiting almost 5 more weeks, we are now excited to finally have a travel date. We received an e-mail with the names of 25 other families that will be traveling to China with us. None of them will be going to Jack's province with us, but we should be able to meet up with most of them in Beijing and/or Guangzhou...so that's exciting. One positive of our travel date being so far out is the lower airfare. We have our tickets booked and didn't have to spend quite as much as we would have if we would have traveled in the next couple of weeks. So let the games begin. We need to get paperwork together, decide what to pack, etc... I think we each have a to-do list started.
