I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. We have enjoyed time with friends and family and have had such a blast introducing Jack to Christmas and the rest of his family. He had a blast!! He would say, "thank you, thank you" for every gift he received. He would run from one person to the next passing out hugs. He is growing leaps and bounds, up to 31 pounds now, and 37 inches!!! Our nurse said he is a tank! His recovery from the first pallate repair has been amazing, and we are understanding more and more words all the time. His next surgery is scheduled for March 2. Please be praying about this, as he will be back on a liquid diet and we know he will lose weight again, though temporarily. Jack is such a loving, brilliant, funny, amazing child. We are so blessed to have this special boy in our lives......what a treasure we have been given!!
If any of the friends we made in China read this and can help me get in contact with Derek and Carol that were on our trip, please let me know. I'm not able to find info on them in the contact list and I am curious how they and sweet Wyatt are doing. Thanks!!
Also, please keep our friend's little girl, Avery, in your prayers. She has been in-patient since Nov. 14, and in the ICU for several weeks now. Thanks so much!

Leslie, what an incredible story! Little Jack is just darling and your whole family is beautiful! Wow, what an amazing story of putting your complete trust in the Lord and having 100% faith that He will provide! He did and He will continue to do so. Bless you my (new) friend!! :)
