Can you say "UNCLE"!?!?!?!? Cuz, I GIVE!!!

Hello Friends,
Well, day 3 was a doozy.  We had to be at breakfast at 7:30, and that's rough.  At 8:30 we had to be ready to head back to the  medical clinic.  So, in a mass crowd we all walked to the clinic and that was as good as it was going to get for the rest of the day.  Unless you have done this, it's hard to describe.  It's loud, not overly clean, and completely disorganized.  We, along with about 200 other people, had to go through several different stations and be examined and cleared at each one.  We ended with shots, 5 to be exact, and an oral Polio vaccine, and both Jack and mommy were crying at that point.  He had to have a chest x-ray because his TB test showed up positive due to his previous immunizations.  So, after that, we were given the "all clear", he is fine, and off we went, 3 hours later!!!! OMGOSHHHHHH!!!

So, as we left there I declared that the day needed Starbucks, there was no way around it.  So Chris obliged and we headed there.  It was great!!!

So, then we decided to let him skip his nap and take him swimming for the first time and he loved it!!!  No surprise, he is fearless!!! Makes mommy a nervous wreck!   They wouldn't let us take pictures by the pool.  I'm not sure WHAT that's all about!!  So, sorry, we don't have pics to show you.  After that we ate some lunch and went to the Swan Room, which is the greatest invention ever, a playroom for the guest kids.  As we were there he began to seem "off", and sure enough, he was getting a fever already.  So we headed up to the room and gave him Motrin and he fell asleep on me for a while.  He didn't stay asleep long, though.  He was feeling better so we went back to play. I had Chris get us some dinner, and he actually got me some noodles that I LOVED!  Hallelujah!!  Jack and I shared.  He was starting to feel bad again, so we gave him a bath.  He got out and was freezing, so I put him in his sweats, and he even pulled the hood up.  He proceeded to fall straight asleep on me.  He stayed that way until we woke him up in the night for Tylenol and Motrin a couple of times.  He was burning up.  Poor baby.  He took it pretty good, though.  So, needless to say, the exhaustion continues.  He is minding pretty well when we have to correct him, and that's great.  He is such a joy!  Brave, funny, kind, and SMART!!!  We are blessed by this precious child that God gave to us.
Have a great day,
Chris, Les, and Jack
